Chris has literally spent his entire life in the hospitality industry as his Father Mark worked for Hilton Hotels for 42 years. So it was destined that Chris would follow in his Dad’s shoe steps, thus he began a 13 year career with Marriott Hotels right out of college. Chris now works on the technology side of the industry by helping hotels maximize their revenues via his company Rainmaker, that provides revenue optimization solutions. Chris brings unique value to HSMAI in that he has been both a hotelier and now a service provider. His goal is to help members understand the changing landscape of revenue management, sales and marketing, and technology.
