Information Sessions for Certifications & Courses

Information & Study Sessions

HSMAI conduct information sessions across Asia Pacific based on the CRME and CHDM curriculum, and now introducing the new Revenue & Pricing Online Course.  These workshops will be 3-4 hours and will cover each topic in the program. 

This will allow attendees to determine if the certification or course is the right thing for them, and for those who have already started the certifications, this will serve as a 'cramming' or study session prior to sitting the exam.

We look forward to welcoming executives from around Asia Pacific to our globally recognized certification program.  HSMAI Asia Pacific will bring face-to-face sessions to 5 cities and we hope you will join us. We have 10-20 seats available in each city so we recommend you sign up as early as you can

 CRME Facilitators 

                 Pallavi Nirula Nath                                                                   Director Revmax Technologies | Vice President of HSMAI South Asia

Pallavi is a yield management expert by education. Her business family background ingrained in her the fundamentals of running an enterprise from a very early age.

She was amongst the first few proponents of Revenue Management in the Asian Hospitality industry and has served on the Executive Committee of leading hotel chains in Singapore and has overseen regional businesses for global hotel management companies.

She has always been passionate about education and learning. This led her to create a hospitality best practices implementation and education system and consultancy for which she founded Revmax in 2007. She is the Vice President of HSMAI South Asia. 

She is currently also the COO of DML Education - operator of the Safari Kid franchise in Asia and Middle East. Safari Kid is a California based international pre-school chain. 

Pallavi holds a bachelors degree in Economics from St Stephen's college and an MMH (Hospitality MBA) from Cornell University. She is a Black Belt Shodan in Karate and is currently based in Singapore.



     

Bilal Chamsine                                                                        Executive Director DCA Hotels & Resort Group | President HSMAI Indonesia 

Bilal is a member of the HSMAI Revenue Management Advisory Board Asia Pacific. The Advisory Board guides HSMAI’s strategic direction as it relates to the revenue management discipline, resulting in education programmes, special resources and insights that are specific to the Asia Pacific region.

The Advisory Board is made up of revenue management & distribution leaders from across the region. The Board is committed to building community and connecting with members across the geographic boundaries, to ensure that the industry has access to the latest trends and best practices. Revenue Management continues to increase in importance and our aim is to create true value for the industry.

Membership of the Advisory Board is by invitation only and each member agrees to volunteer regularly and with hands-on involvement for a two year appointment.

Bilal has formed an Indonesian Revenue Management Committee by collaborating with HSMAI and has been elected as Vice President of HSMAI, Indonesia to lead the chapter. He recently organized two of the largest events in the industry in Jakarta on March 19 and Bali on March 24, 2015.

Bilal has worked in the hospitality industry for fifteen years in Sweden, the US, and Indonesia.  He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a B.S. degree in Hospitality Management and of Cornell University with Revenue Management certification. 

Bilal previously worked for Century Park Hotels, Indonesia, the Marriott in San Francisco, and the Wynn and Palms Hotels in Las Vegas. 

Bilal developed Century Park into a leader in its class in Indonesia and has continued to keep his hotel on the cutting edge by im
plementing revenue management culture and one of the first revenue management departments for a local hotel.

Recently Bilal Chamsine joined Dua Cahaya Anugerah (DCA) as an Executive Director. As of May 1st, 2015, Bilal will oversee the company’s portfolio of hotels (W Retreat & Spa Bali, ArtHotel, Bandung) and its urban hotel development projects.
