• Bachelor degree in Hotel Administration and broad hospitality experience, including managing 4-5 star hotels as part of international & local hotel chains in Asia, Europe & Africa.
• General Manager since the age of 27, hands-on management approach & experience includes 3 pre-openings for international hotel chains (Sheraton, Ramada, Banyan Tree), 3 re-openings after a renovation for local chains (Bel Air Panwa, The Pavilions, Karon Beach) & 1 closing (Imperial Adamas).
• Speak multiple languages and able to manage multi-cultural teams.
