Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received on or before 31 August 2019 will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received between 1 September - 31 October 2019 will receive a refund less USD 100 as cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received post 1st November 2019 will receive a refund less USD175 as cancellation fee.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hsmai-me@insightout-me.com.
ConfirmationIf you register online, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 business days, please contact hsmai-me@insightout-me.com.
Substitution PolicyA transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to hsmai-me@insightout-me.com. No Onsite transfer is permitted due to DTCM requirements. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Consent to Use of Photographic ImagesRegistration and attendance at, or participation in, HSMAI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by HSMAI.
