**Bio: Manny is a seasoned executive with over 25 years with the Marriott organization. In her career, she has held numerous roles in sales, catering, revenue management, rooms operations, and is a three-time General Manager. Manny has also diversified her brand experience working for multiple Marriott hotels: The Harbor Beach Marriott Resort, Renaissance Hotels, The Algonquin/an Autograph Collection Hotel, and W Hotels & Residences. She is a creative operator who loves to travel and tries to visit a new destination each year. In her “spare” time, she also enjoys sharing her knowledge of the industry and is a former Adjunct Professor at the NYU Hospitality Graduate School, as well as at the Florida Atlantic University Hospitality Program. Plus, she has been a guest speaker for the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University.
In her role as Vice President & Global Brand Leader with Marriott Hotels & Marriott Executive Apartments, Manny is accountable for defining, developing and executing Marriott Hotels guest experience in a way that drives guest preference and is also consistent with the brand's strategic business model to create maximum profitability while enhancing the long-term health of the brand.”

He is now a professor with the school, focused on teaching and undertaking special assignments for advancing student success. He is recognized globally as a professional speaker, trainer, and educator. He is also acknowledged as an expert in human resources development and training, strategic planning, and marketing.
