Michael joined HSMAI in 2016 and obtained his CRME soon after. In 2020, amidst tallying daily decline through the pandemic, he decided to enroll in a Digital Marketing course through HSMAI to earn his CHDM.
Michael currently holds the role of Treasurer for HSMAI Nashville Chapter and was assistive in the reformation of the Chapter in 2019 as well as serving on the Chapter Board.
Michael joined Castlerock Asset Management at the property level in September 2017 as the Director of Revenue. He was instrumental in the development of Bobby Hotel Nashville which opened its doors in April of 2018, and continued managing both properties until 2022. At the start of 2023 he was elevated to Corporate Director of Revenue with Castlerock Hospitality Management, a new arm of the Asset company.
Michael endeavors to continue to grow within the discipline of Commercial Strategy and to recruit leaders into the world of Hospitality and Revenue Management.
