The HUMAN Brand: Building Guest Loyalty in the Digital Age presented by Chris Malone - Managing Partner of Fidelum Partners People everywhere describe their relationships with companies and brands of all kinds in deeply personal ways. What's actually going on in our brains when we make these judgments? Through his original research on over 100 companies and brands in eight countries, guest loyalty expert Chris Malone shows that we relate to companies, brands and even websites in the same way that we naturally perceive, judge, and behave toward one another - on the basis of their warmth and competence. The implications of this are enormous, because many widely accepted travel and hospitality practices are completely at odds with our natural triggers of engagement, trust and loyalty. Once exposed to these insights, attendees will be inspired to challenge conventional wisdom and change the way they serve and interact with guests.
