Sharing my proven Five Star Review System through coaching and the Hospitality Reputation Marketing podcast has been the fulfillment of a long-held dream for me. During my tenure at Library Hotel Collection as VP of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue, my pride and joy have come from building a strong, guest-centric corporate culture, which has graced our company with powerful revenue generation thanks to our reputation for generous hospitality.

For the last 15 years, people from around the world have called on me to train their teams and speak at conferences on how we were able to achieve a stellar reputation and proud moments like these:

In September 2010, our four hotels in New York City were the #1, #2, #3, and #4 guest rated hotels in New York City. 10 years later, in September 2020, they were still #1, #2, #3, and #18.

In 2015 Library Hotel Collection was recognized as having the #1 highest guest satisfaction rate of any Luxury Hotel Brand in the world with a 96.1% GRI (Guest Review Index) in the Luxury Brand Report from ReviewPro, which considered 2.7 million online reviews from around the world.

In 2017, out of 1.1 million accommodations on Tripadvisor, the Aria Hotel Budapest by Library Hotel Collection was recognized as the #1 Best Hotel in the World for guest ratings in the Tripadvisor Travelers Choice Awards.

The many recognitions that we received over the years are only a reflection of the true rewards we received:
