Previously, I have been working as a strategic account manager for the Touristic e-marketing firm HD Marketing for five years. I led there the development of revenue optimization strategies and hospitality technology solution implementation for some twenty properties all around the province of Quebec. Before that, I spent 18 months as a technology counselor to members of Québec Region Reservation, the Quebec City Tourism Bureau’s online reservation platform. This position followed my 5 years passed as revenue manager at Groupe Dufour Hotels and Cruises.
