Ashley Lowe, CMP, MBA

Ashley was the Founder and CEO at TenTen Hospitality and now VP Sales, M resort. As industry veteran with nearly two decades of experience in meetings and conventions, she provides hands-on strategy for event organizers and specializes in working with companies to grow their conferences and create experiences to enhance attendee engagement.
Ashley began her hospitality industry career as a concierge, selling show tickets and tours on the Las Vegas Strip. She transitioned to the MGM Grand Hotel to become a front desk agent, where she was promoted to Manager, and then transferred to the Convention Sales Department all while going to school full-time. Ashley quickly learned the industry and within a year was voted Hotel Sales Manager of the Year by HelmsBriscoe. In 2008, Ashley joined at sales team at the Venetian|Palazzo|Sands Expos as a National Sales Manager where she focused on selling large conventions to west-coast technology companies. She earned several awards including the Diamond Award twice for producing the highest percentage to goal among all her colleagues.
In 2015, she joined Caesars Entertainment where she had oversight of the convention and meeting sales for the nine Caesars Entertainment properties in Las Vegas which included the CAESARS FORUM, Caesars Palace, Rio, Harrah’s, Planet Hollywood, Paris, Bally’s, LINQ, Flamingo, and Cromwell which is comprised of 26,000 hotel rooms and over 1.5 million square feet of meeting space. In addition, she assisted in the vision, design, pre-sale, and opening of the CAESARS FORUM – a 550,000 sq. foot world-class meeting facility that debuted in March 2020 and managed the contracting of the 2020 and 2022 NFL Draft and the preliminary 2024 Superbowl Host bid.
As a leader in the meetings industry, Ashley is a member of Meeting Planners International and the Las Vegas Hospitality Association where she was awarded the coveted Rising Star Award. In addition, she is a Certified Meeting Professional from the Events Industry Council and serves as an Advisory Board Member for Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) – Las Vegas Chapter.
Originally from the Chicagoland suburbs, at just 18 years old, Ashley moved to Las Vegas (and never looked back), to pursue her dreams of playing collegiate golf at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration. In 2019, she earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from University of Southern California.
In her free time, you will find Ashley at Pilates class, boating on the lake, playing golf, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
