Charley currently holds the position as Vice President of Task Force for Carver Hotel Group, her objective is to drive market share, maximize revenue growth, enhance company visibility and oversee the Sales/Marketing and Operations Task Force leadership of Carver Hotel Group.
A dominate in the hospitality task force industry, Charley offers the very best talent to all levels of hotels, resorts and conference centers. With over 175 consultants under her ranks and the preferred task force company for over 25 management companies, Charley is the premier provider for solutions to temporary staffing challenges.

During his thirty (30) plus year career, in the Southeastern US market, his dedication and drive have proven to be an asset in both operational and sales positions. He has held regional positions both in operations and sales, as he advanced through the ranks of three established audiovisual companies during his employ. He has a proven track record of increasing multiple vertical markets through unsurpassed levels of customer relations and attention to detail. Rick is currently serving on the Boards of both Georgia Hospitality & Lodging Association (GH&LA) and the Georgia Chapter of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI).

Jennifer Sabel is the Manager of Sales Effectiveness, with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) the world's largest global hotel company. She is responsible for enhancing on-boarding materials and developing training programs that incorporate Sales Challenger and Insight Selling concepts. In this role, Jennifer also lead's the effort to overhaul IHG's Review process into a commercially focused coaching platform. Jennifer provides an enthusiastic vibe to her position by bringing an innovative perspective to building new training techniques.
Prior to joining IHG, Jennifer served as Catering Representative for Hyatt Regency Atlanta. She was responsible for both internal and external meetings, client and associate communications, and event execution. She developed keen relationship skills in the hospitality industry.
