HSMAI Washington DC Chapter will present a panel discussion April 19 about the emerging role revenue managers in managing hotel and convention function space. The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington.

Panelists will include Carleigh Dworetzky, convention strategy manager for Destination DC; Jeff Trapani, market revenue management leader Washington DC for Marriott International, Bethesda, Maryland; and Leticia Proctor, senior vice president of sales, revenue management and digital strategies for PM Hotel Group, Washington.

Attendees will learn how function space managers are working more closely with revenue managers to drive group bookings.
