Executive Vice President of Hotel Sales & Marketing, Wynn Las Vegas and Encore
Chris Flatt is the Executive Vice President of Hotel Sales and Marketing for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. In her role, she is responsible for all hotel sales and marketing efforts including meetings, conventions, leisure, hotel marketing, digital marketing and weddings.
Chris began her career in 1984 with Hilton Corporation working in leisure sales. In 1986, she joined Steve Wynn at the Golden Nugget, which then became Mirage Resorts. She held a number of positions in sales and marketing, opening The Mirage, Treasure Island, and subsequently, Bellagio in 1998, where she served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing through the sale of Mirage Resorts. In 2002, Chris re-joined Mr. Wynn, opening Wynn Las Vegas in April 2005 and Encore at Wynn Las Vegas in December 2008.
Named as one of the Top 50 Female Executives in the travel industry and one of HSMAI’s Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Optimization; Chris advocates industry related organizations and actively promotes the City of Las Vegas’ hospitality growth and development. She is on the Board of the Las Vegas chapter of HSMAI and is a Chairman’s Circle representative to US Travel’s Board of Directors. Chris also participates in the UNLV Mentorship program and is committed to volunteer organizations that better our local community.
Originally from Southern California, Chris and her family moved to Las Vegas where she has resided her entire adult life. During her free time you will find Chris enjoying the outdoors, playing golf, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
