The “Travelers Path to Purchase” is a study conducted by comScore, in partnership with Expedia, to determine traveler shopping behaviors during the 45 days prior to making a travel purchase. The study explores the traveler’s path to purchase from inspiration, to research and consideration, to booking. Its original version was conducted for the US in 2013, has been reviewed and updated multiple times, and the 2016 version includes the US, Canada, and The UK.
