The Gulf South Chapter serves Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama. Its members range from tourism marketing professionals to economic developers to hospitality students and faculty.
HSMAI Gulf South participates in monthly activities with an emphasis on educational programs (sales, marketing, optimizing revenues), networking opportunities, and fundraising. The group's holiday function includes the presentation of checks to area charities.
General membership meetings are held bi-monthly, on the second Tuesday, 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Biloxi.
There may be a few exceptions due to holidays.
If you know of any marketing professionals associated with the hospitality industry, invite them to join and participate. Vendors and hospitality suppliers are welcome and also encouraged to join!
