Meet the Speaker: Ben Levin, Project Manager HVS Global Hospitality Services With a grandfather hailing from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration and an uncle that served as past president of the International Society of Hospitality
Consultants (ISHC), Ben Levin had some strong voices guiding him toward a career in hospitality. Competitive by nature, Ben’s athletic approach to the profession has driven him to help hospitality ventures succeed. As a Project Manager with HVS Atlanta, Ben brings this heritage and heart to every hotel assignment as a key member of a team thatdelivers the most dependable, accurate, and efficient reports. In his time with HVS, Ben has completed 31 appraisals, market studies, and inspections in Metro Atlanta. Prior to joining HVS, Ben worked in operational roles at the St. Regis Atlanta and the Microtel Inn & Suites in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This wide-ranging, hands-on experience at mid-market and ultra-luxury hotels combines with excellence at field research and number crunching, aiding Ben through the diversity of challenges in hotel consulting. Ben graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Restaurant and Hospitality Management. Memberships during his university years included the Sigma Nu Fraternity, the Hotel and Restaurant and Convention Association (HARACA), and the Eta Sigma Delta National Hospitality Honors Society. Outside of work, Ben loves to cook and to take his black lab mix through the paces. Of course, he remains an avid fan of University of Alabama football. Roll Tide!
